Please help identify these Ingels Photos.

We were contacted by a gentleman on a Crooks family forum regarding the pictures below.  He was kind enough to send them to us and we've identified several of our Ingels family members, but we've hit a brick wall.  We are hoping to get some help in identifying the rest. I'm posting everything below, including photos that we've positively identified.
