Action by Lemuel Ingels against Milliard F. Ingels and Eliza Ingels.
There was judgment for plaintiff, and defendants bring error. Af-
firmed.
Allen, J. On the 22d day of June, 1889, defendant in error ob-
tained a judgment in the district court of Atchison county, Kan.,
against T. J. Ingels and M. F. Ingels for the sum of $906.90 and
costs of suit. On the 9th day of August, 1889, execution was issued
on said judgment to the sheriff of Atchison county.

73 YEARS of age, one of the best known citizens of Atchison county, died at his home, 1610 Atchison street, at 1:15 this morning.
Bright's Disease was the cause of his death. He was bedfast only a few days, but had been in poor heath for the past three years.
He is survived by his widow and four children: two sons, Fred and Lon of Atchison, and two daughters: Mrs. John Griffis, of Atchison,
and Mrs. G N Snyder of Boulder Colorado. All were at his bedside when he passed away. Three brothers, Richard, of Atchison, and
Zachariah and Starbuck, both of San Jose, California, also survive. Mr. Ingels was one of eight sons of Squire Ingels of Doniphan,
who kept a grocery store during the war. Only three of the eight are now living. One of the sons was killed during the Civil War.
Mr. Ingels had lived all during his life in Atchison and Doniphan. He was a well driller and was a quiet, polite man, known to hundreds
of people in this vicinity. Funeral arrangments will not be made until word has been recieved from his brothers in California, butr will
be announced later.
