Died -- INGELS -- in Washington, D.C., May 16, Mrs. Jane INGELS, wife of
the late Wesley INGLES. [spelled 2 ways] [?The body was brought to San
Jose, where it was interred beside the grave of her late husband, who
died in 1903. Mrs. INGELS was an old resident of this valley, where she
was well known and highly esteemed. Mrs. INGELS left her home in Oakland
for a trip to Washington, accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Anna L.
HINDSON, who recently arrived from Australia. Shortly after her arrival
in Washington she contracted a severe cold, which ended in pneumonia with
fatal results. Mrs. INGELS was the mother of Oscar L. INGELS and Mrs.
Dora N. __ORSEN [damaged -- looks like BRORSEN] of Oakland and Mrs. Anna
L.HINDSON of Australia.]
